Today I released my Valentine's Day Menu! Let's look at it a little bit closer shall we?
First up- we have Dipped Strawberries!! How can you go wrong with fruit dipped in chocolate? Personally I don't think you can! I haven't worked a ton with dipping fruit before so I am super excited to work on these! They come in either white or dark chocolate or you can get a mix of the two!
Next- Peanut Butter Filled Chocolate Hearts! I have made these in the past for both my husband, and for him to bring into work and they were always a hit! White or dark chocolate filled with what resembles a certain favorite peanut butter cups filling! Again, can't go wrong here!
Then- one of my favorite offerings this holiday season! Strawberry Crunch Rice Cereal Treats!! I take my base rice cereal treat and add in some crushed freeze dried strawberries and crushed up Golden Oreos! Then once they are cut, I drizzle on some white chocolate and sprinkle on some more of the same! OH and by the way... These treats are MASSIVE!
After that: Red Velvet Mini Cakes with a Cream Cheese Buttercream! These are baked into a heart shaped pan (tis the season and all!), and topped with the cottage foods approved cream cheese frosting! Keep in mind I can make these mini's in non-heart shaped cakes as well as normal cupcakes too!
Last but not least- Strawberry Shortbread Cookies! These soft shortbreads are loaded up with freeze dried strawberries and if that isn't enough strawberry for you there is even more in the icing on top! These are a super sweet way to say "I Love You" in their heart shaped form, but can also be make into any shape!
